      Used to be a great company, but it is going downhill very fast.

      Pros

      They pay pretty well, especially if you are a lateral hire and can negotiate your offer well. Work-life balance is better than average.

      Cons

      You need to leave independent thinking at home, else you are doomed - you either align or you get out! Losing market share rapidly, while the management fiddles, and continues to be smug. Used to have great ethical standards, but not any more. Leaders and their families enjoy at company expense.

      Pros

      i wish i could give negative rating, there is nothing special in this firm which you won't get in other organization.

      Cons

      There are huge list of this 1) layoffs : there is no job security at all,you won't even realize that when you will get fired. 2) no salary hike at all. 3) no growth at all. 4) company should have the capability to manage the financial crises. 5) not at all good for fresher's. 6) poor management and management skills 7) ass licking is very important here 8) no value of hardworking employee. 9) no infrastructure at all and no food facility 10) avoid this for your sake at least
