Pros
Strong management, strong vision, good finances. The leadership makes tough decisions to try to remain competitive. The balance sheet ensures you have runway to develop longer term deals.
Cons
I don't think that they are as competitive as they need to be. The competition on one end is already engaged in accounts due to commodity products or on the other end nimble with leading edge technology.
