In sales, you have a good opportunity for training and developing your skills
Cons
There is more focus on how many calls you're making per day than anything else, during the recruiting process they tend to sell the position as inbound but it is anything but that. You are spending most of your time prospecting as an account executive. On average about 3-10 reps hit goal per month, I feel no confidence at this point in the process. Very dissapointing.
