First off, the support role is the hardest job I have ever worked. I grind for 7+ hours a day just to meet expectations.
The management team (well a few managers) are so extreme when it comes to micromanaging that I am scared to go to the restroom. If they notice I have been on a break for more than 5 minutes I gets a slack asking what I am doing,
I don’t feel trusted and that is so frustrating given that I have never given them a reason not to trust me and assume the best.

Also, if you plan on “growing” into a different role you are going to need to be exceeding expectations (125-150%).
