Pros
The work: there's something new every day, and a lot to learn and new ways to stretch yourself. Also, it's fun to work for a company that's doing well, and for a leadership team that's open (they host a lot of very transparent All-Hands, Ask Me Anythings, and Fireside Chats). Overall, the culture is second to none: fun and unique, and the people are friendly and super smart. The company and most of its managers are committed to people as human beings, and not just as workers. It shows in the benefits/perks/leave we're offered and the chances you get for your career to really take off here.
Cons
Growing really quickly especially with the recent acquisition, and priorities can shift with little notice. It can be daunting and uncomfortable if you're not along for the ride and up for the challenge.
