Pros
Stable company with good benefits. Products are well made and are beneficial to people around the globe. Friendly atmosphere at the local level.
Cons
Few opportunities for employees to develop career or advance, even as more experience is gained. No clear goals to work towards, and promotions are based on management's need to fill new jobs that they themselves have created. Seems the only way to advance is to get trained at Baxter and then find a better job at a different company
