Pros
Benefits, primarily medical, are some of the best in the industry Pay, very competitive with other business in the area Lots of opportunity
Cons
Pay, capped if you remain internal. External candidates for the same position will receive higher pay for the same position. This does not encourage employees to stay. Rapid changes in this new environment are happening so fast and without a lot of support, it has become hard to remember what we do and why we do it. Financial gain has become the underlining driver and it becomes hard to do what's right at times.
