      The people other than that nothing!

      Cons

      Toxic environment with a high turn over with no growth ahead 3/4 of the team left the company while I was there because of the ego & negative competition among the team! High volume of work expected with ridiculous deadlines so they expect you to work on the weekends all the time FOR FREE to be accepted by the team.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
