      The coworkers are great, and compensation was fair

      Cons

      A lot of finger-pointing. Leadership is horrible, and I have no issues with insults and yelling. Everyone is overworked because the leaders have no work-life balance and expect the same from you.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
