Pros
The people who are actually in the trenches doing the work are amazing people to work with. You work with some of the most intelligent people our there, and you can go home feeling good that the work you did helped save someone's life. They work on flex time, which is great in case you need to take care of personal business but don't want to take off an entire day to do it.
Cons
Upper management are too disconnected with their clients - which causes a lack of empathy. Just like most big companies, promotions from within can take forever - in some cases 7 to 8 years. There's a lack of personal development within the company. If you're looking to learn something new, expect to do it on your own.
