Unless you work for corporate, all plant level employees are mistreated and management are not grateful for your work.
Corporate greed is very apparent and senior management repeatedly emphasize how much they only care about profit and their annual earnings to their pockets.
They assign an incompetent management team to the plant ( especially Hayward location) that contribute to the highly hostile work environment.
The current turnover rate at the site is overly high. Nearly all competent individuals have left or are leaving the site. Most employees , especially exempted employees are working a 2-4 person job with no intention of hiring. (Management had already issued a hiring freeze).
Salaried employees are paid on the low side and expected to work nearly 24/7. Employees are also continuously being criticized for their contributions. Most managers show little to none appreciation to their staff.
Instead of leading their team to further develop, managers run their team down, overwork them, pressure employees to perform unqualified work, then criticize and pusnish them for doing “unacceptable” work. When issues develop, managers covers themselves and blame the issue on employees.
Multiple quality issues on-site that upper management addresses poorly or does not address at all.
Instead of correcting issues management on site have created a toxic environment with no clear direction and where employees are afriad to speak up, pointing fingers, blame each other, etc and quality of products are diminishing drastically.
