Flexible, easy, can work as much as you want, remote
Cons
Pay is low, lots of clients to keep track of, not paid for revisions. Pay is $10 per ad. I had to put an hourly rate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your hard work. We appreciate your feedback on the flexibility and remote nature of the role. Compensation and workload expectations are discussed upfront, and we periodically offer incentives during higher-volume periods, such as seasonal demand spikes.
Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.
Cons
Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
