      Pros

      They're nice people, at least by phone. Take the time to analyzed your options they will answer all your questions.

      Cons

      They have a very bad business model with no metrics, track, data base or anything that is required for a sales position.

Regrettably, it appears that the publisher opportunity and BVM as a company were not fully understood as our business model, metrics, and data base are all among the best in the industry.       Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
