      Pros

      Everybody has bad days, but wow, when you have a bad day at BVM you have hundreds of people to reach out to and be supported by. What an incredible company filled with incredible people. And, a once in a lifetime opportunity to build a business.

      Cons

      Discipline is required. And humility.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
