      Excellent Culture, Organization, and Product

      Cons

      The cons are really with ones self. You must be willing to follow the program and put the time in on a consistent basis. Slackers are not rewarded. This is not really a con but I think the point is clear.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
