Not outwardly LGBT friendly or trans friendly (no talk of pronouns/ universal inclusion of pronouns in conversation), they host publications all over the U.S. so their political stance is extremely neutral/ sliding conservative. Supervisors validated my clearly communicated interpersonal work issues but never took any action, way more of a "sales" world and involved appeasing sales people, meaning you get treated disrespectfully often and can not take any action. It's a normal occurrence but worth noting if it's not something you want to tolerate. Also, there are two sides to the business, Digital and Print so if you want to advance or try new things there are a limited amount of roles to try. The company is great about keeping you on no matter your ambitions but do your research to make sure there are a few paths here you'd ever like to investigate.
