Full autonomy, attainable salary potentials, fantastic, supportive, positive people, excellent training and coaching, work remotely, good cause (building communities, bringing people together), flexible hours.

Cons

Cold calls are a non-negotiable.

Pros

Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

Cons

Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
