      Pros

      Imagine waking up and being happy to go to work every day. That is what I feel. I am so happy to be a part of this company. The leadership all the way to the entry-level position is filled with team members that are kind, good-hearted hard, working people.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast that some areas need focus, such as continuing education related to a role. I just heard from my Manager the company is researching ways to improve that, so they listen and make changes! So happy!

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
