      Pros

      The people I work with are what makes this job so enjoyable. The growth opportunities are good and the opportunity to travel if you would like.

      Cons

      BVM moves quickly to offer new product offerings to small businesses to simplify and better their marketing. This can be taxing for employees as a lot of ideas seem not thought through fully.

      Pros

      Everyone - from publishers to designers and corporate office staff - is helpful and eager to see the whole team succeed. Other content coordinators are wonderful about sharing information that would be relevant to magazines outside of their area. Quarterly webinars also keep us abreast of what's new.

      Cons

      Some things within the software can occasionally be clunky; but IT listens to suggestions and always works to make improvements.
