Expanding Quickly - hard to balance the staffing needs with the growth of the company. Time Demanding - everyone has a lot on their plate, but flexible in terms of hours and location. Growing Fast - moving fast and breaking things is awesome, but we have to correct mistakes quickly when we make them - but at least we're allowed to break things!
