      Pros

      Work life balance is great. Other engineers are very talented. Get to use new android stuff like jetpack compose.

      Cons

      Canadians are paid drastically less than US employees. I've seen anywhere from 30-60% less. Insanity.

      Great work environment. Lovely company. Doesn't feel evil

      Cons

      A lot of older technology and obsolete frameworks. Having to develop with ember made me feel like my relevant skills were atrophying.
