Pros
Years ago, there were some pros. There was a happy environment, a supportive culture, and fair career opportunities, but those pros are now completely gone.
Cons
Management completely ignores employee wellbeing while demanding unrealistic outputs. Following two rounds of layoffs in just a few years, the workload has become completely excessive for those left behind. Burnout is incredibly high across teams. It feels like profit is the only priority now, and the supportive culture is entirely gone.
