Work with fantastically intelligent and nice people A company with a great top-management team and great values Very pleasant office environment Lots of freedom at work Occasional perks Multilingual and multicultural

Cons

Very little chance of getting promoted, although management keeps promising that's a viable option Low-level management seems to be very busy with their own intrigue and power struggles Very little correlation between actual performance and how you're being treated by management Low-level management repeats a mantra of being clear and transparent, but rarely delivers
