With regards to your concerns, I think you raise some fair comments. Like most tech businesses our age we do have some technical debt, the great news is we also have a plan to deal with it. Caution is the key word here as we need to rebuild our tech stack whilst keeping the wheels of the business turning at 100+ mph so changes have to be well thought through and planned but we are going to be facing into this.
With regards to recruitment, we are working extremely hard to fill some of the gaps you refer to. We have already bought more than 150 new colleagues into tech and support roles this year and have about the same number still to find. As you will know, finding great people in tech is always challenging but we are bringing some amazing people in, to help you and the amazing colleagues we already have. As always referrals and sites like this are great ways to attract new colleagues so thanks again for your review Ryan
