      Pros

      People are open and honest and do exactly what they say they will. The business is going through a great amount of change with the engineering side as we adopt more and more devops ways of working and progressing to continuous delivery. Extra perks like free beer Friday (once a month) helps to bring people together and socialise and exchange ideas after work are great.

      Cons

      Being able to carry a few days holiday over to the next year would help around Christmas period
