      Pros

      Many benefits, bike scheme, lunch, stocks for some higher functions. Beautiful office, many events. Strong work ethic

      Cons

      Nowdays it is challenging to grow as there are many caretakers roles rather then open vacancies.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
