This store is falling to pieces, it's absolutely vile as a working environment. The Boots company does NOT value or care about their staff members. The toilets are appalling, no hot water, the basement smells of sewage. The building is in ruins and they expect you to just ignore it. The do not train you, welcome you in as a valued team member, or try to encourage you in any way. You get nothing which is why they cannot retain any staff. All the nicest managers have left. Two managers have left in two months. I have never worked anywhere that is run in such a poor manner, they don't even try to pretend that you matter. Boots was great fifteen years ago, but not no, they seem intent on letting it get run into the ground. For a company that portrays that they are all about health, they are an absolute joke!
