      Pros

      I have seen substantial percentage of employees are with Booz Allen for 20+ years. Later I found why, when I myself experienced the company culture. Good pay, health insurace, 401K, PTO policy and especially bench period - way better than other industry peers.

      Cons

      I understand the Director and above level get annual bonus where the employees below Director level get minimal annual salary raise.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
