      If you can find a contract, you'll be safe! For probably six months.

      Cons

      You spend a lot of the time on the bench, constantly getting lectured about how you need to find a new contract. You will apply to everything you can and get rejected to it all. And then you will get laid off

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
