      Tedious taskings such as monthly status report updates and administration for other employees that are subcontracted and do not serve under me.

      Pros

      It’s highly dependent on your team and contract, but personally the people I worked with directly (including my managers) were excellent - smart and driven people. It’s a large company so there are plenty of resources available if you seek them out.

      Cons

      Rigid review structure that limits and delays promotion opportunities despite successful delivery on contract.
