- Work/life balance can be tough without a doubt given the working hours, pressures, and travel - firm has gotten a better handle on this over time w/ PTO initiative - Firm's rapid growth has outpaced competition, but also put aggressive bogeys on Partners (which in turn made pressures and workload higher for everyone) and made retaining the smaller firm culture a challenge
