Management are awful and many of the Heads of Teams are terrible. Many of them would never get into the company today and leant on the old boy network to get in back in the day. Unless you are a minimum of a Senior Director, the highest bonus you will EVER get is c.1.5 x salary (in an epic year with record revenues for your team). The company lacks diversity and retains around 4 token blacks in Director and above positions in the revenue generating side of the business (out of c.250+) for marketing purposes. A previous contact told me there is an unofficial cap of 5. If you are asian, I am sorry but the numbers are even worse (maybe 2). However this might improve now that the new CEO is asian. There are more minorities, but they are most restricted to roles in IT, Finance and other support functions. There are 3 asian PAs and 1 black PA in the business. The other 76 are white. If you are a woman over 30, the men will largely ignore what you have to say in meetings and make lads jokes about you when you are not around. STRONGLY recommended for women under 26 as many of the team heads are married men who consistently seek to recruit "young attractive women who don't answer back", so it is very easy to get on if you meet that demographic. Would strongly advise against ever attending their company "social trips" - their annual ski trip was cancelled a few years ago due to multiple assaults on innebriated female colleagues...
