Pros
GWS is an outsourcing business for corporate clients that need Real Estate Services. I sit onsite of the company that contracts with CBRE. Even though I am not based in CBRE offices, there is a strong sense of being a CBRE employee that comes from managements relentless belief in "RISE values." There's a lot of room to grow.
Cons
There aren't as many resources as necessary to "find your path." It definitely take self-motivation and self-advocacy.
