They're a supportive company to work for with flexible hours, great maternity and paternity leave policies, seeming respectable about sexism, racism, and discrimination in the workplace.
Cons
They have a lot of ideals that are hard to implement on a ground office level. They put their property agents above their full time staff so that they can get away with racist and/or sexist behavior but is engrained in their office environments or entitled white men.
