Pros
The benefits are good, and PTO is excellent.
Cons
After 3 years of fully remote work, CBRE refused to provide my mortgage lender a letter of employment. After refusing my request management sent out an account wide email announcing a policy that employees remain living within an hour of Redmond. Couple weeks later the head of the account pings me for a teams meeting, she's moving to Dublin and would like to know what I think...I don't bite because I just closed on a house. And, then within 6 months they're having layoffs to replace people with AI. My position was one of the positions they were considering replacing with AI. I don't really have great things to say about working at CBRE. It's a solid paycheck, but I wouldn't put my faith in management. The culture is catty and unpleasant. You'll roll your eyes when you pass their corporate "values" painted on the wall.
