Pros

Can’t really think of any…

Cons

Avoid at all costs! Sat in 100’s of meetings where you hear managers say “sweat the assets”… fine until you realise YOU ARE the asset. If you’re really good at your job, they give you a bonus - do 2 people’s jobs!!! Especially if you’re Contract Support - who work so that their Contract Managers & above can get their bonuses!!! Don’t forget to say thank you when you’re given the bare minimum of a pay review! You don’t stand a chance of getting anywhere unless you are “in the right gang” & are popular. Doesn’t matter how many hours extra you can put in, unless you are seen as one of them, you won’t get a promotion & definitely won’t get the money you deserve! Seen lots of people bullied, until they finally give in & quit. Then it’s hushed up in exit interviews & they muddy the results. Plus you’re lucky if they don’t mess up your pay when you leave!! Employee engagement is a fix, “anonymous” but easy to work out who has responded a certain way! Don’t go off sick with stress & you won’t stand a chance of coming back!! Be grateful to get out alive…..

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.
