Pros
The perks & benefits here were the only reason I stayed as long as I did. With this role, you are likely consider a Highly Paid Employee (or something like that) and qualify for an escalated benefits package. This includes unlimited PTO (had to put 3 weeks PTO at the beginning of each year, very lenient on additional days as long as workload is in good shape), 10% yearly bonus, 401K matching, and a bunch of different retail discounts & such from all the clients they work with.
Cons
This is not a tech company in the slightest. The office spaces are nice but not tech-oriented. The culture is geared to favor business facing roles rather than tech - very cliquey & not much effort for inclusion across teams. Most weeks were 50+ hours of work. sometime pushing 80. Little transparency when it comes to overall organization updates.
