Pros

Decent wages, set hours, monthly bonus opportunities, and work from home

Cons

5 years in with barely any raise in wages, sometimes no raise at the end of the year, really difficult to get time off approved, limited sick time, difficult to change departments if you don't already have a foot in the door.

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
