Pros

You see a lot of the market and lots of deal flow depending on your team. You can get a high level of experience quickly. Globally recognized company.

Cons

Majority of brokers have condescending attitudes and are rude to staff unless they need them for something. Aggressive culture includes verbal and sexual harassment as common place. Management is only concerned with protecting the sales producers and will do little to protect support or operations staff. High turnover of staff as a result with low morale on many teams.

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Pros

They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

Cons

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
