Pros

Great opportunity to grow as they always opt to higher internally. Good start for someone starting life. Lovely outdoor and indoor environment. Personally I had the best team , TL and Operation managers. You get transport money.

Cons

No employee transport arrangements for its employees. For me I worked for a retail client and the time off were not on weekends and it was also not consistent.
