Pros
Some departments really seem to care about employees and development. If you are sitting in one of the main offices, there are a lot of opportunities for career advancement. Compensation is very reasonable.
Cons
Upper management seems to be reverting to old business ways i.e. where companies are being more relaxed with dress code and working from home, CNA suddenly requires business dress and has further limited work from home capabilities. Additionally, it is easier to move up in the company if you are coming from outside than the inside.
