      Cactus has a unique culture and was a great head start for my first real job. The flexibility in work hours and the option for remote work are significant perks, Supervisors and managers are approachable and offer various opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Limited scope for my role hence had to look out for other opportunities.
