Pros
Culture is good, lots of really nice people who will care about you and want you to succeed Facilities are good, particularly the new offices in St Paul's At such a large company, you'll be able to find something you're interested in, and generally you can network your way into these positions
Cons
Organisation of the company via P&L lines makes it immensely political at various levels - that's both between business units (e.g. Invent vs CIS) or within business units. The company can feel behind the curve at times, and this is partly because it's so big, everything has to go through endless "sign offs" Some projects are tedious, and bad for people's development - but if you're making money for the company, your development comes second Pay feels like it's often lagging behind competitors and we end up losing good people
