Hope not to work for such a Mismanaged firm/domain again!! - Associate Consultant Capgemini Invent Employee Review

Absolutely No pay hike, they pay like misers. Management doesn't bring in new employees to share workload post attrition and expects employees to work 24x7. Employees treated and shouted at like servants by managers if not picking calls at 3 in the night!!! Other Domains might be good not sure but WPS and EUC are a big no no depts to work in. Teammates, colleagues and managers taunt and mock others in public meetings if one does a small mistake. New joinees will never feel welcomed in this domain!!
