Great benefits, donuts on Fridays, co-workers are great! They are the best part of the company and the backbone of the operation.
Cons
Poor management, don’t know if you’re working overtime until late in the afternoon and or it changes from the morning meeting to longer hours. Weekends and O/T is required regardless of what appointments have been made or plans/reservations have been made. If you like being micromanaged and treated like a child, then this is the place for you. My advice would be Run!!! As fast and far away as you possibly can from this company. They will eat you alive. Work until the work is done or until you drop flat on your face! No work life balance, AT ALL!!! Horrible communication skills! Very rarely is management on the same page! Very Toxic Environment!!! You could be fired at any time for any reason whether you are there every day, on time, and work your tail off with no complaints/drama. Everyone is expendable whether you have been there for one month or four years. You are just a number. 👎
