Nothing was clear-Employees and basically no one has any value for the company- Too many websites, procedures, forms and documents and none were being followed by anyone or was just pretending it was being followed-Not professional at all-Many others to say as cons-It was all basically just cons, that’s why I’m saying worst experience ever. Out of 100, their point would be less than 10-Average retention period was less than 2 years and they were the people just wanting to have income and do nothing
