Pros
-A great part about working here is that all projects are different and you will learn something new with each one. -The rotational aspect helps expose you to all the different parts of the construction industry. -The benefits are pretty good with education reimbursement and retirement being fairly competitive. -Paying for parking adds up but with it being covered at the new office that is fine now. -The people I work with are fantastic and very helpful.
Cons
-This is a large company and you will just be a cog in the machine. This is not an inherent con but something to consider. -There is no written path for your advancement. You have to be proactive and make intentions known. Again, not necessarily a con but something to consider. -Not that many cons. Most of the cons you can think of are just common things that will happen at any job. This place has great opportunity but you are going to have to go get it.
