Pros
Working for this company is very fun, The whole team is like a family. We sell an amazing product and have a lot of fun doing it. We have daily/Monthly goals that we strive for and for the most part we hit them. The company offers Team Share which is a monthly bonus option, if we make our monthly goal we get a bonus.
Cons
The company focuses way to much on individual metrics and not enough on the bottom line which in turn creates a hostile environment between associates because all we want to to is make the managers proud. Then when an issue arrises between multiple associates management does little to help the situation.
