Pros
The people, and atmosphere are excellent. Fun environment with people who really care about one another and the brand.
Cons
Global Enterprise that still thinks and operates like a NYC mom and pop shop - in a bad way. Poor cooperation across global business units. Priority is to "get it done today", but the result is mounting long-term challenges that never get resolved.
