-Toxic management -High turnover, fire ppl without any transparency -The managers don’t know what they are doing and frequently provide misleading feedbacks so you end up overworking for changes

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoy our summer Fridays perks, we love to be able to offer our employees a slightly extended weekend given all of the hard work that is put in during the week! I appreciate your feedback and I know that whenever a colleague is let go it's difficult on the remaining team. We try and be as transparent as we can while also respecting the individual being impacted. We feel that our managers are key to our company and employee success and are rolling out manager trainings, communication training and have one on one coaching sessions with many of our more senior leaders. Misleading feedback can be frustrating so I encourage you to ask for clarity and or come see me or someone on our HR team so that we can help you out and you can have clear feedback and goals (as everyone deserves to have). Thank you again for your note.
Consistent workload, interesting projects, direct team was great and I enjoyed our rapport. Got great experience with big brands.
Cons
Senior management literally had group chats to talk about which employees they hated, and would laugh about firing people. Would get screamed at over text or phone if one of us tried to leave at a normal time, even if directly told we were able to leave at the end of the workday. "Flexible unlimited pto" but shamed for taking it, often penalized. Overtime was expected and not well compensated, they would rarely sometimes offer to buy us takeout but very rarely.
